Research Theme

• Development of continuous production technology of organo sheet using double belt press
• Development of random sheet using CF tape

Explanation of the research

• I have studied continuous prodcution technology of organo sheet using double belt press. Especially I focus on the resin impregnation process. Utilizing the experiment, theory and simulation, I am seeking for the clarification and optimization of the process by collaboration with industries.
• I have developed production technology of random sheet that is made of the isotropic lay-ups of chopped carbon fiber spread tows with industries.
